We have acted as a lead manager for significant value rights issues, including first-of-the-kind issue deals. Over the course of 17 transactions, we have raised INR 94267 crore.

Apart from being lead managers for the rights issue of Tata Sponge Iron Limited and Tata Steel Limited, we worked with Reliance Industries Limited on one of the largest capital raises in the history of the Indian Capital Markets. SBICAPS was a lead manager to the INR 53124 crore rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares of Reliance Industries Limited (June 2020). This was the first issue of its kind by Reliance Industries Limited in almost 3 decades, and our efforts won several awards including one for the Best Deals in South Asia in the Finance Asia Achievement Awards (2020).
