• Shri Dinesh Khara has resigned as the Nominee Director and Chairman of the Company consequent to the expiry of his term with effect from 27th August 2024
• Shri. Dalip Kumar Kaul resigned as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 06th June 2024.
• Shri. Shesh Verma, Whole Time Director (KMP) & P&COO of the Company has resigned as the Chief Executive Officer (KMP) with effect from 14th February 2024.
• Shri. Rajay Kumar Sinha has resigned as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (KMP) with effect from 23rd January 2024.
• Smt. Shilpa Naval Kumar retired by rotation as Non-Executive Director at 37th Annual General Meeting held on 20/09/2023 and was re-appointed as Non-Executive Director in the category of Directors liable to retire by rotation.
• Shri. Amitava Chatterjee has resigned as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (KMP) with effect from 14th July 2023
• Shri. Swaminathan Janakiraman has resigned as SBI Nominee Director with effect from 26th June 2023
• Shri. Ravi Ranjan has resigned as Whole Time Director (KMP) of the Company with effect from 26th April 2023.
• Shri. Ananth Narayan Gopalakrishnan resigned as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 01st September 2022
• Shri. BRS Satyanarayana has resigned as Whole Time Director (KMP) of the Company with effect from 09th August 2022.
• Shri. Arun Mehta has superannuated and resigned as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (KMP) with effect from 31st July 2022
• Shri. Ashwini Kumar Tewari has resigned as SBI Nominee Director of the Company with effect from 14th June 2022
• Smt Bharati Rao, SBI Nominee Director has resigned as Director of the Company with effect from 17th December 2021.
• Shri. Sharad Sharma, SBI Nominee Director has resigned as Director of the Company with effect from 21st October 2021
• Shri.T.L. Palani Kumar retired as the Director of the Company at the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29th September 2021.
• Shri. R. Viswanathan has resigned as Whole Time Director (KMP) of the Company with effect from 21st June 2021.
• Shri. Ashwani Bhatia has resigned as a Nominee Director of the Company with effect from 24th February 2021.
• Shri. Rajnish Kumar resigned as a Director and Chairman of the Company consequent to the expiry of his term with effect from 06th October, 2020.
• Smt. Uma Shanmukhi Sistla has resigned as Whole Time Director (KMP) of the Company with effect from 22nd May, 2020.
• Shri.Sanjiv Chadha, has resigned as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 20th January 2020.
• Shri. Nilesh Shivji Vikamsey, has resigned as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 05th November, 2020.
• Shri. Narayan K Seshadri, has retired as an Independent Director of the Company consequent to expiry of his second term with effect from 30th September, 2020.
• Shri. Bansi S. Mehta, has resigned as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 19th December, 2014, because of some regulatory compulsion.
• Shri D. Sundaram has ceased to be Director of the Company with effect from 5th September, 2014, as he had expressed his desire not to seek re-appointment as Director at the 28th Annual General Meeting held on that day.
• Shri. V.G. Kannan, has resigned as Managing Director & CEO and as Director of the Company w.e.f. 17th July, 2014, consequent to his promotion as Managing Director & GE (A&S) of State Bank of India.
• Shri. S. Vishvanathan, SBI Nominee Director has resigned as Director of the Company w.e.f. 30th April, 2014, consequent to his superannuation from the services of State Bank of India as at the close of business on that day.
