Experience

Knowledge and experience in all debt market products – Bonds/NCDs

Domain Knowledge Competencies

Knowledge of core finance, Understanding of Debt market dynamics, understanding of risks
associated with DCM activity, valuations, and financial statement analysis. Analysis of different
sectors, negotiations, and Relationships with Investors at the level of CIOs/ Heads of Treasury
and knowledge of SEBI ICDR regulations, RBI Guidelines, IRDA Guidelines, EPFO Guidelines
and PFRDA guidelines for Investments.

• Excellent coordination skills, ability to multi-task, take quick decision; handle crisis situations, quick turnaround and delivery.
• Equipped to interact at CFO level and above.

Essential

Position Objective / Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the Flow Sales team
• Assist the SVP in handling the complex financial arrangements/transactions and markets pricing decisions.
• Work closely with the Origination teams and Investors to develop proactive solution in client delivery.
• Interact with the various overseas teams of SBI DCM and give a solution in either domestic
• Ensure placement of deals and efficient handling of the documentation is done.
• Imparts product knowledge to subordinates and peers in the team
• Formulate the Policy and Procedures where required to ensure that Risk is kept at the minimal
• Develop and mentor a Sales Team in DCM
