Financing The Financial Sector’s Progress
The Indian BFSI sector is expected to grow rapidly in the coming years, owing to a combination of rising per capita income, technology innovation, the introduction of new financial products, and more. SBICAPS is uniquely poised to help such BFSI firms in charting a new course and meeting goals.

Leaders In Fundraising For Financial Institutions
The SBICAPS Debt Capital Markets team has consistently been at the forefront of fundraising through bonds for public and private banks, NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs, and apex banking institutions. Our core strength lies in end-to-end execution and placement of securities.
We believe in creating a market for our clients and innovating in a dynamic regulatory environment. In FY’21, we were the sole arrangers for SBI of over INR 27000 crore – one of the largest capital bond issuance programmes in recent history in India, at record low yields. We also ran the Special Liquidity Scheme (SLS) Trust to grant short-term credit to NBFCs, HFCs, and MFIs, and disbursed over INR 7000 crore.
We are active participants in the NCD market for BFSI companies. Since 2018, we have participated in over 100 bond transactions and raised more than INR 2,00,000 crore in the sector.
